The Biblical Foundation Doctrine

Setting the foundation of “sound” biblical doctrine will be one of the most important aspects of succeeding in your relationship with God!

Let’s look up the definition of Doctrine:

Definition:

Doctrine: 1. a particular principle, position, or policy taught or advocated, as of a religion or government. 2. something that is taught; teachings collectively: religious doctrine. 3. a body or system of teachings relating to a particular subject

In a sense, when building a new home, one must consider “on what” ground will your home rest?  Here one decides – will the ground be “strong & solid” enough to support the weight of the materials that make up your dream home?  For if building on sand, one considers rain, as water shifts sand – your new home is susceptible to having a great fall.  If building on a rock, you know the foundation will support the weight as well as the various storms that will surely come.

By choosing and following these Doctrinal teachings, you will know you have chosen to build upon the unmovable rock of the Pure Word of God! For the Bible states in 2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness” and in Psalms 12:6 “The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.” (KJV)

We begin the teachings with the following four Doctrines: “The Doctrine of The Trinity”, “The Doctrine of God”, “The Doctrine of Christ” and “The Doctrine of The Holy Spirit”.  Check back on our website as we continually add to the teachings.

Finally, your feedback is important and lets me know how I can help you grow as well as, how this series has helped you in your Spiritual growth of Jesus Christ our Lord.

My prayer is that God keep you as you seek him and his ways!
